Sydney NSW / 9 January 2012 – Ignite Media Brands has appointed Kristen Dunatov as New South Wales and Queensland Sales Manager, and has promoted Fleur Steinberg to the position of Head of Brand Strategy, it was announced today by Ivan Curic, Ignite’s National Sales Director. Dunatov joins the company today, and Steinberg’s promotion is effective immediately.
Kristen Dunatov joins Ignite Media Brands from Network Ten where she was most recently the Group Sales Manager in Sydney, a position she assumed in 2009. Having developed her career within the television sales industry after joining the Network Ten sales team in 2003, Dunatov’s experience in collaborating with agencies and clients shifts focus into subscription television and Ignite’s growing portfolio of media brands.
Fleur Steinberg has been promoted into the newly created role of Head of Brand Strategy, a commercially focused, client and agency-facing position designed to maximize integrated marketing partnerships. Having joined the company in 2009 as Group Sales Manager, Steinberg’s promotion sees her leading a team designed to be the conduit between Ignite’s channel partners and clients, crafting multiplatform and multi-brand sales solutions. Steinberg moves into the role with a close to a decade of media sales experience within Australia, having worked across newspaper, magazine and television platforms since 2001.
